All Prints Zeitgeist

Zeitgeist

£995.00

Zeitgeist is a richly imaginative and surreal art print, inspired by American independent filmmaker Peter Joseph.

This large linocut shows a New York commuter on his knees, undoing his tie, in the middle of Times Square. It captures a moment of epiphany, as he suddenly realizes there's more to life then the rat race.

The whole composition is seemingly born out of the fountain pen nib as it touches the paper in the top left corner. Moreover, the lines drawn by the pen run freely throughout the entire artwork.

This is one of my largest frameable prints to date and demonstrates the graphic power of linoprinting. It would make for great ironic modern office wall art!
