Shipping and processing times

International and local orders are generally shipped within 5 working days, unless on the occasion I am away from the studio on holiday or a business trip. In this event, the customer will be informed of expected delays in dispatching the work or a notice will be placed on my website in advance.

All international orders will be shipped by DHL with a tracking number provided for the customer.

Returns

If, for some reason the customer wishes to return artwork, then please reach out to me via the contact form on my home page explaining the reason. There is a 30 day window from the time of the order for customers to return products. I will only accept returns if the artwork is still in perfect condition and please note the customer will bear the shipping cost of any returns. If the artwork is in perfect condition upon return, then I can issue a full refund, but for the original transaction only.

Refunds and Cancellations

If you wish to request a refund, you must reach out to me via the contact form ASAP, stating the reason and a full refund can be issued depending on the nature of the situation. For example, if, in the rare instance that the artwork arrives damaged, then you must provide photo attachments in your email as proof of damaged goods. I always try to pack all products with care and love, to prevent this occuring in the first place. But I realize there is always a rare possibility of items being damaged in transit. Refunds will be made via the original customer payment method where possible. Please note: I accept cancellations only before the artwork is shipped.

Customer Responsibility

Once an item/or items are shipped to the customer, it is their responsibility to monitor tracking, using the information provided. This applies to international shipping via DHL. If your order does not arrive within the expected time, please check the status of your order using the tracking reference number or check with your local postal depot, quoting your reference number.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping address. Unfortunately, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement if the wrong address was provided.

For international shipping, it is the responsibility of the customer to bear the cost of any import taxes or duties incurred, specific to their country of residence. You can check on your country’s customs website or local customs office for more information regarding additional fees that may apply.
